Welcome to the first ever collaborative event between USAOCR and HartFit ELEVATE OCR! 

The basis of this event is a 3k OCR Simulation workout that will begin with a 30 minute instructional session and end with a 60 minute “Open Play” following the primary 60 minute 3k OCR Simulation. 

Saturday March 14 HartFit ELEVATE OCR

• 10am-10:30 Intro to obstacles 

• 10:30-11:30 race simulation

• 11:30-12:30 open play 

*we request all participants attend the race simulation before being allowed on the open play course
